Transformational Breathwork—also known as Somatic Breathwork or Conscious Connected Breathing—is a powerful guided technique that uses a circular, continuous breathing rhythm to help you access the deeper layers of your body, nervous system, and subconscious.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, this method bypasses the thinking mind and works directly through your breath—helping the body release what it’s been holding without needing to explain or analyze it.
